Open the Log sheet and tap the site on the body map, front or back. The time and your usual dose are already filled in.

Every medication
Every medication on its own rhythm.
GLP-1s, testosterone, peptides, vitamins such as B12, and insulin sit side by side in one log.
- Its own schedule. A set number of days apart, the same days each week, or no schedule at all.
- Its own dose slots. Morning, bedtime or a label you choose, each with its own time and usual dose.
- Its own reminders. One reminder per dose, at the slot time you set, on the days your schedule says.

Choose a body shape and a skin tone. FreshSpot draws 18 sites on the front and 8 on the back. Sites you used recently read as cooling, in stripes. The rest are open.

Does FreshSpot give medical or dosing advice?
No. FreshSpot records what you log and follows the schedule you set. For medical questions, ask your prescriber.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-in. Your records live on your iPhone and in your own device backups.
What happens after the 14 days?
You choose. Keep everything with one yearly subscription, or continue free with one medication, fully working, forever. There is no charge unless you subscribe, and nothing is deleted either way.
Can I get my records out?
Yes. In Settings, Export CSV creates a file with every record, for every medication. Export is free forever.
What shows on my lock screen?
Private notifications are on by default. Your lock screen shows a reminder and a time, never a medication name, and widgets show a count instead of names. You can change this in Settings, under Privacy.
