Every medication
Every medication on its own rhythm.
GLP-1s, testosterone, vitamins such as B12, insulin and peptides sit side by side in one log.
- Its own name. Pick from a list of common names, or add any medication and call it what you like.
- Its own schedule. A set number of days apart, chosen weekdays, on-and-off cycles, or no schedule at all. Pause it when you need to.
- Its own dose slots. Morning, bedtime or a label you choose, each with its own time and usual dose.
- Its own reminders. One reminder per dose, at the slot time you set, on the days your schedule says.

Choose a body shape and a skin tone. FreshSpot draws 18 sites on the front and 8 on the back. Sites you used recently read as cooling, in stripes. The rest are open.

What happens to my email address?
You get a confirmation, a short welcome, and launch news. That’s it. We don’t sell or share your address, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. The list is kept by our email service, Loops.
Why not a reminder app or a note?
A reminder app knows when a dose is due, not where the last one went. A note holds dates you have to read back and work out. FreshSpot shows the whole body at once: the sites you used recently, and the sites that are open again.
Will it work for my medication and schedule?
Pick from a list of common names, or add any medication under a name you choose. Each one keeps its own schedule (a set number of days apart, chosen weekdays, on-and-off cycles, or none), its own dose times and its own reminders. Twice a week? Pick the two days.
Does FreshSpot tell me where to inject or how much?
No. FreshSpot shows where you’ve injected and which sites you haven’t used recently. The site and the dose are yours to choose, with your prescriber. It never suggests an amount.
Do I need an account? Where do my records go?
No account and no sign-in. Your records stay on your iPhone and in your own device backups. We never see them.
What shows on my lock screen?
Private notifications are on by default. Your lock screen shows a reminder and a time, never a medication name, and widgets show a count instead of names. You can change this in Settings, under Privacy.
What if I switch to a new iPhone?
Your records come along in your device backup, like the rest of your app data. You can also export every record as a CSV file at any time, free, forever.
What does it cost?
Everything is open for 14 days from your first saved log, with no card. After that, one yearly subscription ($39.99 a year in the US) keeps every medication fully working. Or keep one medication free, forever. Nothing is ever deleted, and CSV export stays free either way.
Is there an Android or iPad version?
Not at launch. FreshSpot is built for iPhone, on iOS 26 or later.
